Job Skills
- Professional or academic experience with software development
- Good knowledge of JavaScript or Typescript
- Experience with backend development using Node.js and/or frontend development using React.js
- Experience with writing unit tests tests is a plus
- Understanding of SQL and No-SQL DB systems
- Experience with some of these technologies: K8S, Docker and AWS is a big plus
- Strong English language and communication skills

Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Prague, or Lisbon office as part of our ClienTech practice.
You will help build the core of an advanced self-serviced system called Platform McKinsey, which is a central place for consultants, analysts and client users for requesting and instantiating cloud and SWE resources. You will be part of one of the teams building the system along with senior developers providing mentorship and guidance.
What You'll Do
You will contribute to our important internally developed web application, to both backend and frontend.
In this role, you will write your own code, tests, and documentation, do code reviews, support users and debug various issues, as well as be part of technical discussions with the full development team. You will actively participate in the team’s SCRUM and agile software development processes.
You will also be assigned senior developers who guide and coach you to tackle increasingly complex tasks and feature sets over time.
